International Space Station Sighting from Alameda Tomorrow Evening
The International Space Station (ISS) will be visible from Alameda tomorrow, Sunday, night, at 6:49 pm for less than a minute, starting a 10 degrees above the horizon in the north-northwest. It will again be visible on Monday evening, at 5:37 pm, for about two minutes, beginning at 10 degrees above the horizon in the north, and traversing to the northeast.
According to the NASA website, space shuttle mission STS-129 completed a six hour, eight minute spacewalk today, shortly after 12:30 pm pacific time. It was the 135th U.S. spacewalk in support of the assembly and maintenance of the ISS.
